Depositions in Bakersfield, Fresno & Visalia can now be at your fingertips with the FREE  Wood & Randall Mobile App for iPhones, iPads and Androids.  You all know how much I love my iPad, and I can’t wait to replace my Blackberry with an iPhone.   I’m waiting for that discount from Verizon.  It won’t be too long.  But if you are like me, trying to manage your business and professional life from one of these devices, then this new FREE app may really make that even more possible.  I won’t blabber on about this, but I just want to point out that this app let’s you access and view your invoices, case documents, depo transcripts and your deposition calendar.  You can also find directions to your depo!!!  It’s super easy to use.  Just search the App Store and Android Market for Wood & Randall.  If you need your login information, just give us a call.

Making the “Green Choice”

I am so excited about offering our clients the “Green Choice.” In an effort to help the environment and save resources, Wood & Randall now offers our clients the choice to receive paperless transcripts online with unlimited and indefinite storage on their own secure web-based repository with 24/7 access.

Can you imagine the amount of paper, toner, CDs, etc., this will save? In addition, the space saved by not storing years’ worth of transcripts and exhibits will really add up for our clients.

If after making the Green Choice, a client needs a certified copy, a hard copy version will be provided at no additional charge.

My hope is that our clients will come to recognize the benefits and ease of using our online office. With this new complimentary service, Wood & Randall’s goal is to help our firm and our clients make a positive impact on the environment.

A True Timesaver

We have some great clients that have truly embraced our new online office.  I just love to see how much time it’s saving them.  One of the cases we’ve been involved in had lots of depos with lots of roughs and exhibits.  This online office made it possible for both parties to log on and cherry pick the info they needed quickly.  It also made it easier for the W&R staff.  This has been great for EVERYONE!!!

Just realized that some may not know about our online office.  Here is some of the highlights: Complimentary online office suite with access 24 hours a day, seven days a week;  a client can access and download any transcript in ASCII, PDF or e-Transcript formats; view exhibit images;  manage their calendar; set, cancel and reschedule depositions; view invoices, payments, and balances.
